Entre as cenas: - Gollum e Sméagol debatem (o primeiro é apenas um reflexo numa poça d'água) sobre como levarão os hobbits escada acima até o túnel, e depois... - Denethor e Faramir conversam no salão em Minas Tirith, na presença de Pippin. Denethor, totalmente sem emoção, diz que preferia que Faramir tivesse morrido no lugar do irmão, e o manda atacar Osgiliath, que está ocupada por um número imenso de orcs. Pippin canta para Denethor enquanto este faz uma refeição e os homens de Gondor atravessam o Pelennor. - Aragorn encontra-se com Elrond, que lhe traz Andúril reforjada. Para combater os Corsários, que se dirigem a Minas Tirith, falam em convocar os Mortos. - Théoden despede-se de Éowyn e a deixa em seu lugar, para reinar em Rohan. - A preparação da Cavalgada dos Rohirrim diante do cerco de Minas Tirith. Cenas panorâmicas incríveis. - Frodo em Cirith Ungol com o Frasco de Galadriel. Se estes 20 minutos são tão emocionantes, o que nos acontecerá durante o filme?!

Today I watched a preview of RotK during a Warner event. Among the scenes: - Gollum and Sméagol debate (the former is only a reflection in a pool of water) about how they will lead the hobbits up the stairs to the tunnel, and then... - Denethor and Faramir talk in the hall in Minas Tirith in Pippin's presence. Denethor, totally emotionless, says he would have preferred Faramir to die in his brother's stead, and sends him to attack Osgiliath, occupied by an immense number of orcs. Pippin sings for Denethor while he eats and the men of Gondor cross the Pelennor. - Aragorn meets Elrond, who brings him the reforged Andúril.
